Occasional Boarding on-line booking system

Please fill in the form below to generate an “occasional boarding” request for your child.

Please ensure you include the name of an adult who can expect to be contacted if an emergency arises. Their mobile phone details are also required.

If you require more than four successive nights, please complete a second form to cover the extra dates. Any extra notes you can add will be used to help make your child’s booking as close to your wishes as we can manage.

You will receive a confirmation email from the relevant head of house after availability has been checked. Once a confirmation email has been sent, we will bill your booking at the nightly rate of £47.50 (after two free nights per term).

If you need to make a cancellation once you have received confirmation, please email the head of house, who will then forward your cancellation to the accounts department to arrange any refund that may be due.

Day students may board for one or more nights on an ad-hoc basis, space permitting.

Day students can also choose one of our flexible boarding arrangements, where they stay for two or more consecutive nights every week.
